1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on r789 or by using the r789 platform in any way — including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account and must stop using the platform immediately. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and r789. 6. Sports Betting Rules

Bet placement and acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message on screen. If your internet connection drops before you receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed. r789 accepts no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your end.

Odds and changes

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play (live) odds on PSL and Cricket matches update continuously and r789 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.

Settlement and results

Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and T 20 matches. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or cancelled before a result is reached, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market has already been determined. For example, if a PSL match is called off in the 15th over and the "first innings total runs" market has already been settled, that market settlement stands.

r789 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, a feed error or human error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.

Maximum winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are displayed in the betting interface. Any winnings above the stated maximum will be paid up to the maximum limit only.

7. Casino and Slot Games
